We are located in the beautiful gated community of Windsor Hills Resort. We offer a 3 bedroom, 3 bath cozy townhome perfect for a family vacation, friends getaway or a week of golfing. New upgrades in March 2023.

All of our rooms are equipped with smart TV’s, cable, DVD and netflix. Our main level bedroom has a queen bed, tv and it’s own entrance to the main floor ensuite. The master bedroom is located on the second floor with a King size bed, ensuite, Tv and DVD.

The third bedroom is equipped with one twin bed,one double bed, and an ensuite. It as well has a smart Tv, wii system and DVD. Wireless wifi is available at no extra cost. For those relaxing days enjoy our west-facing private splash pool, screened-in patio and no rear neighbors.

Laundry facilities are on site at no extra cost. For child safety we have installed a pool safety fence, child alarms on the sliding door and an extra lock.

We are located 2 miles from Disney World, Epcot and Hollywood Studios. 5 Miles to Fun spot and Old Town. 30 Miles to legoland, and 15 miles to Universal and Sea World. We are surrounded by many wonderful golf courses, grocery stores, shopping malls and restaurants. There is a Walmart located across the street. If you are looking for beaches both Clearwater and Daytona Beach are just over an hour’s drive.

In our beautiful community we also have a fantastic playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts and a picnic area with BBQ Grills. There is an arcade, gym, waterpark, movie theatre and putting green.

All of these amenities are included in your stay. This is not just a rental home, this is our vacation home as well. Please let our cozy family home help you to create memories with your family forever.

There are Grills available on the property, located near the Basketball courts for your use free of charge.

Toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, and paper towels will be provided on arrival. If you need more there is a Walmart located across the street from the main entrance. All additional toiletries must be purchased by you. There is a general store located by the main pool and community center where these items can be purchased as well.

Please feel free to use the shampoo and other toiletry items located below the sinks in the bathrooms if you run out or need any.
