The Queen and Kids bedrooms share a full bathroom located in the hallway between them.

We are located 2 miles from Disney World, Epcot and Hollywood Studios. 5 Miles to Fun spot and Old Town. 30 Miles to legoland, and 15 miles to Universal and Sea World. We are surrounded by many wonderful golf courses, grocery stores, shopping malls and restaurants. There is a Walmart located across the street. If you are looking for beaches both Clearwater and Daytona Beach are just over an hour’s drive.

There are Grills available on the property, located near the Basketball courts for your use free of charge.

Toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, and paper towels may be provided on arrival. If you need more there is a Walmart located across the street from the main entrance. All additional toiletries must be purchased by you. There is a general store located by the main pool and community center where these items can be purchased as well.

Please feel free to use the shampoo and other toiletry items located below the sinks in the bathrooms if you run out or need any.
